Here is a general guide to sizing:
Women's - Small: 6", Medium: 6 1/2", Large: 7", X-tra Large: 7 1/2"
Men's - Small: 6 1/2", Medium: 7", Large: 7 1/2", X-tra Large: 8"
Sizes are actual wrist measurement, not the length of the bracelet. Please measure your wrist and order that size for a firm fit or the next size up for a looser fit. If you need an in between size, simply write a note in your order.
To measure use a tailors tape or wrap a string around your wrist and then measure that against a ruler. Let me know if you need any help or have any questions. It's my goal to get the most perfect fit for you. Thanks!!
GIFTS: Make your best guesstimate using your recipients overall size and the general guide to sizing (S, M, L, XL). The bracelets are stretch so there is some room between sizes. For example medium will fit most medium sized people. Hope that helps.

RETURN: If for any reason you decide to return your item, no problem. Just let us know within 10 days of receiving it.

We love to ship gifts. If you see something perfect for someone special, we will ship it directly to them for you. All jewelry will come packaged in a pretty organza bag. The bracelets are wrapped in tissue paper then placed in an organza bag.
SHIP DIRECTLY: We are happy to ship directly to the recipient. Just be sure the Shipping name and address is correct.

I ship USPS First Class Mail which is usually 2-5 business days in the U.S. although that time is not a guarantee. Please contact me BEFORE you place your order for Express Shipping if you need your order guaranteed within 2 days.

I ship International First Class Mail through the U.S. Post Office. Time for delivery ranges from 1 - 8 weeks. Items may be delayed in customs in the country of the Buyer. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES, TAXES, DUTIES AND/OR CUSTOMS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNTRY. Please include this as part of your cost when placing an order. It is the Buyers responsibility to know the policies in the country that they want their package delivered to.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns are accepted within 10 business days of confirmed receipt of the item, buyer must contact me through email and send the item back immediately. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. I use strong elastic to make the bracelets. (The best I could find). However accidents happen, please let me know if you experience a break, I will be happy to fix it for you. I want you to enjoy your purchase for a long time.

LEAD, NICKLE AND CADMIUM:
I make every effort when buying supplies to verify the materials used in each item. I have to rely on my suppliers and wholesalers to list that the materials are lead, nickle and cadmium free. I cannot guarantee that all of the metals do not contain these elements as I do not manufacture them. With that said, please do not let children or adults put items in their mouths.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY:
I am happy to do custom orders, however your purchase must be made before I make your bracelet. You will receive photos of your bracelet for you to approve before I ship it. I will make changes as requested. Thank you for understanding this policy as a lot of work goes into custom design and I need to have a commitment (purchase) before I begin working on it.
