I use strong elastic to make the bracelets. (The best I could find). However accidents happen, please let me know if you experience a break, I will be happy to fix it for you. I want you to enjoy your purchase for a long time.
CHOOSING A SIZE: Sizes are actual wrist measurement, not the length of the bracelet. Please measure your wrist and order that size for a snug fit or the next size up for a looser fit. If you need an in between size, simply write a note in your order.
CHILD SAFETY: The jewelry offered in this shop is for adult use only. DO NOT LET CHILDREN PLAY WITH OR PUT ANY ITEMS IN THEIR MOUTHS THAT ARE PURCHASED FROM BLUESTONERIVER.
Please note that the materials used in my products originate from all over the world, this includes China, Africa, Czech Republic, U.S, Canada, India, Phillipines and many more places.
LEAD, NICKLE AND CADMIUM:
I make every effort when buying supplies to verify the materials used in each item. I have to rely on my suppliers and wholesalers to list that the materials are lead, nickle and cadmium free. I cannot guarantee that all of the metals do not contain these elements as I do not manufacture them. With that said, please do not let children or adults put items in their mouths.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY:
I am happy to do custom orders, however your purchase must be made before I make your bracelet. You will receive photos of your bracelet for you to approve before I ship it. I will make changes as requested. Thank you for understanding this policy as a lot of work goes into custom design and I need to have a commitment (purchase) before I begin working on it.
