Here is a general guide to bracelet sizing:
Women's - Small: 6", Medium: 6 1/2", Large: 7", X-tra Large: 7 1/2"
Men's - Small: 6 1/2", Medium: 7", Large: 7 1/2", X-tra Large: 8"
Bracelet Sizes are actual wrist measurement, not the length of the bracelet. Please measure your wrist and order that size for a firm fit or the next size up for a looser fit. If you need an in between size, simply write a note in your order.

GIFTS: Make your best guesstimate using your recipients overall size and the general guide to sizing (S, M, L, XL). The bracelets are stretch so there is some room between sizes. For example medium will fit most medium sized people. Hope that helps.
