A. Does Lannyte have a warranty or guarantee ?
Lannyte was the first in the industry to issue a lifetime guarantee.  All stones, with the exception of the Emerald Doublet (due to it’s 100% natural material) and Synthetic Opal (because the exact color combinations can‘t be reproduced), are guaranteed for brillance, color, chips, cracks and breaks.
Each customer receives the Lannyte guarantee in writing with purchase.

If the customer, for ANY reason is unable to give the damaged gemstone to the jeweler from whom it was purchased , then any jeweler can send the damaged gemstone back to Lannyte explaining the customer's problem. Lannyte will then deal with the replacement through the jeweler who returned the gemstone.

THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS GUARANTEE.

NOBODY HAS TO REGISTER FOR THE GUARANTY.

LANNYTE DOES NOT EVEN CHARGE POSTAGE WHEN RETURNING A REPLACEMENT GEMSTONE.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, Lannyte shall not be responsible for any consequential damages suffered by a buyer from any cause whatsoever. The parties agree that the replacement of the Lannyte gemstone will constitute the buyer's sole remedy and Lannyte's sole obligation.
